Written waaaay back in 2012 during a moment when like many people, I was navigating a relationship that was getting a little rocky and going through the motions towards an inevitable break up.

I am sure we have all been there and although we all react and experience things differently, there is an underlying connection that many of us feel and identify with.

We all want to feel we have a sense of purpose and direction.

Don't let that part of yourself go. Sometimes you just need to 'release it all and be still'.
